    The quality and attention to personal service is apparent.
    Our members may choose Preliminary Fitness Evaluations, Computerized Nutrition and/or personal one-on-one instruction to include with their fitness program, or just come into the club for relaxation and therapy.

    In the South Bay coed club there are separate workout areas for cardio and weight training.  The best and newest Cybex resistance machines are everywhere and are plentiful.

    In the womens focused clubs, there are special programs and special facilities geared towards womens needs. The Aerobifloor “low-impact” flooring helps members get the fastest results while protecting the legs, feet and spine.

    And at Women’s Fitness World, there is a special comfort and ambience to help you get fit and relax.
